Metal Stamping
Our metal stamping capabilities include support for several different metals, including aluminum, steel, beryllium copper and phosphor bronze. We can also support various finishes, coatings and platings for rust resistance and solderability. Examples include chrome plated stainless steel ¾ hardened and nickel plating for stainless steel parts such as battery contacts so they are solderable. We support both progressive die and programmable punch machine technology. LBE customers have used our metal stamping capability to produce brackets, supports, spring contacts, face plates, and more.
